"The Heart of Cacao" Sacred Journey is more than a retreat: it is a meeting with the soul of Cacao, this Medicine of the Heart that opens us to our true nature and to the nature of the world. For seven days, we will have the privilege of journeying with Ceremonial Cacao, directly on its ancestral lands of origin.
Each participant will experience a personalized dieta with the plant — a sacred ritual to connect deeply with its Spirit.
This journey will allow you to open your intuitive and energetic channels, to receive the unique guidance of Cacao, and to discover your own inner Medicine. Through diverse workshops, transmissions, practices, and rituals, you will learn to bring these teachings into your daily life, carrying the soul of Cacao far beyond this retreat.
This pilgrimage will also be guided by the wisdom of the sacred lands where we will gather.
We will explore Cacao plantations and their history, accompanied by locals who lovingly share the stories and knowledge of this unique region. We will honor water as the source of life and the keeper of the world’s memories, through plant baths, swims in a natural lake, and a ceremony by the Atlantic Ocean — where we will receive the magic and power of Yemanja’s spirit.
Each evening, magic will unfold beneath the stars through ceremonies woven with song, dance, and moments of sharing.
These sacred spaces, infused with shamanic traditions, will invite us to travel between worlds, to weave a bridge between earth and sky, and to remember that each of us carries a unique voice longing to be shared with the world, as Guardians of the Living.
Together, we will honor the roots of ancestral memories, while weaving a new reality — free and luminous — where each one finds their rightful place, in peace and harmony with themselves and with the world.

The Place
Pedra do Sabia, Itacaré (Brazil)
Our retreat unfolds in the sacred heart of the Brazilian Atlantic Forest, at Pedra do Sabiá — a sanctuary of biodiversity and a cradle of ancestral Cacao.
On the banks of the Rio das Contas and close to the ocean, this land invites us to slow down, breathe with the rhythm of nature, and remember what truly nourishes us. Recognized as a Private Natural Heritage Reserve, Pedra do Sabiá is devoted to protecting the forest and cultivating Cacao sustainably.
Here, where Cacao has been honored for generations as the “food of the soul,” we will immerse ourselves in its wisdom and open to a journey of inner healing, connection, and renewal.
The place is deeply calm and soothing, offering many spaces to walk, ground, and meditate. Alongside the river, a nearby natural lake invites us to immerse ourselves in its peaceful waters — the perfect way to recharge and integrate each step of this inner journey.
The spacious and bright rooms, available as doubles or triples with private bathrooms, are designed to blend comfort with introspection. Shaded terraces and hammocks invite moments of rest, cradled by the whispers of the forest and the songs of the birds. Everything is created so that each participant can truly regenerate and live in harmony with their own rhythm.
To reach Pedra do Sabiá, the nearest airport is Ilhéus.
Please plan to arrive before 1:00 pm on Sunday, October 26th, so that we can begin the retreat together in the late afternoon.
For the return, schedule your departure after 6:00 pm on Sunday, November 2nd, allowing us to close this experience gently and with presence.
From the airport, the easiest option is to take a taxi (around 45 CHF). We will create a private group with all participants to answer any questions or concerns about the journey and to help organize shared transportation.
It is also possible to arrive a few days earlier or to stay longer after the retreat (highly recommended). Once registered, we will share all details for booking extra nights.
The Food
Food is a central element in supporting any energetic and personal journey with gentleness.
It invites us to reconnect with our senses, to celebrate the abundance of nature, and to stay grounded and present in the here and now.
To help us relax fully and be nourished on every level, all meals — from Sunday dinner to Sunday lunch — are included in the retreat. They will be lovingly prepared on site by the team, using local, organic, and vegan ingredients.
Here, every bite becomes a meditation and an act of gratitude to the Earth that feeds us, reminding us that abundance is always surrounding us.

Our paths were brought together by Mama Cacao, and it is she who continues to guide us each day in the embodiment of our mission.
Through years of personal journeys, we have each gathered wisdom, practices, and initiations that now weave into a greater whole. In the alchemical power of Sacred Union, we bring forth two Medicines — unique, yet deeply complementary.
Together, we open multidimensional spaces where healing, remembrance, and awakening can unfold. Spaces where the heart remembers its truth, where the body awakens to its vitality, and where the soul reconnects to the sacred web of life.
Alexia - Guardian of the Feminine Path & Channel Between Earth and Sky
Inspired by my personal journey of reconnection to the body and sensuality, I guide and train women to awaken their inner power, reclaim their full sovereignty, and share their unique Medicine with the world. Rooted in shamanic traditions, the medicine of the voice, and the energy of Kundalini, I open energetic spaces of deep healing — allowing the sacred to anchor itself into matter.
Yann - Holistic Therapist & Leader of the Sacred Masculine
My path began as a high-level athlete and physical trainer, and later led me to explore ancestral wisdom and natural medicines. Guided by my passion for nature and the body, I accompany men in healing their wounds, awakening their vitality, and reconnecting to their leadership. I create unique, multidimensional spaces of transformation, guided by my music and my shamanic and spiritual transmissions.
Together, we unite the Sacred Feminine and Sacred Masculine to plant the seeds of a new world — one where love, harmony, and sovereignty dwell at the heart of every being.
